2. How can I get a Custom Quote?

You can sent us a request form on contact paper, or direct email us your request sales@kacoprint.com.

3. What file types do you accept?

Kaco Print supports the following artwork program formats: EPS/AI/TIFF/CDR/JPG/PSD/INDD/QXD, for more details, please visit File Preparation.

4. What is your minimum order?

Due to the cost of shipping, we recommend the following MOQ for China Print Quotation.
- Hardback Books: 1500
- Paperback Books: 3000
- Catalogs / Magazines: 3000
- Single Sheet Flyers: 30000
- Calendars: 2,500
- Packaging / Bags: 2500

7. what is sample and production leadtime?

Sample leadtime: 3-7 working days depend on samples, production leadtime: 7 – 30 working days depend on productions.

8. How to pay?

Payment methods available in Kaco Print include:

- PayPal (100% in advance / Please add 5% as the handling charge of total amount)

- Western Union (40% deposit, 60% balance before shipment/ Please add 1.5% as handling charge of total amount)

- T/T (40% deposit, 60% balance before shipment)

9. How long it will take for the shipping to my door?

By courier, such as FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT, it will take about 3-6 working days. By air, it will take 3-10 days. And if by sea, it will take 20-40 days to reach most destinations in the world.
